Description

These beautiful handmade + Fair Trade sisal baskets are woven by a self-help group of lady weavers in a remote village in Kenya. Each basket can take up to 7 days to complete, and requires a very skilful weaver. No two baskets are the same, as the patterns are unique to the weavers own interpretation of the natural terrain. The rich colors of these baskets are based off of the color of the soil in this remote area in Kenya.

Use the Tamaduni baskets as a planter (DO NOT plant directly into the basket), or as storage in any area of your home!! These versatile baskets hit the mark on design and quality.
