From our origins as a furniture store in our own house in Denver, CO to a rapidly growing technology platform disrupting a $290 billion dollar furnishings market, we’re seizing the opportunity to turn millions of homes into retail destinations. Today, we’re available in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs and San Diego.
We see every real estate listing as an opportunity to create a beautifully designed, shoppable space that immediately makes the buyer feel at home. And the market is huge, with over 5.5M homes sold each year and over a quarter are staged.
We’re creating the future of furnishing by staging homes anyone can shop (@guesthouseshop) and we’re building the first-ever tech platform for staging that allows us to scale our model faster and more efficiently than anyone in the market.
