We stage with makers & brands

Our interior designers run your entire project from start to finish. They source directly from leading brands and over 450 local makers, delivering the highest quality furnishings with every project.

Receive photos & virtual tour

Once staged, our photographer shoots every corner of the property. To ensure homes stand out, our imagery is high-quality and editorial in style. Photos are sent quickly, with full usage rights for MLS, print, email and web.

Marketing begins

We promote your property across Instagram, email and partner channels to an audience of thousands of people in your area. We also provide beautiful content to post on your own channels. Think of us as your very own marketing assistant.

While your home is on the market, visitors can shop the furniture, art and decor in person or online. If an item needs to be removed, we quickly swap in a replacement.

We currently operate on two week lead times from the date of purchase. With that said — if you have a tighter timeline, get a quote from us and we'll see what we can do.

We include delivery, installation, styling, listing photography, a month of furniture rental and pickup with our initial fee. If you would like to stage for more than 30 days, we offer a discounted monthly rental fee. We also offer virtual tours, floor plans and video that can be added to your listing.

Our staging package includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and primary bathroom. More rooms can be added easily for a small additional fee.

With each project, our interior designer sends you a detailed moodboard that includes furniture, art and decor based on your desired style. If you want to change any items, just let them know and they will quickly show more options. We're all about collaboration and transparency.

The day after we stage the home, we photograph with our team. We then send you final images within one business day.

In Colorado, we stage homes within 25 miles of Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs. In California, we stage homes across San Diego county.
