The Inside was founded in 2018 with the belief that creating the home of your dreams — and having a great time doing it — should be an accessible experience to everyone, not just a few. We started with a simple goal: to bring the high-end experience of customizing fabric to furniture online at a cookie cutter price.

We continue to expand our product offering through a core collection that speaks to all design styles, as well as through exclusive partnerships with heritage design brands like Scalamandré and Old World Weavers.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For all products (with the exception of sofas and sectionals), we charge shipping based upon the order total and ship items via Fedex.

All sofas and sectionals ship via White Glove Delivery, which is charged on a per item basis and includes White Glove Delivery. With our premium White Glove Delivery, you'll receive a call from our carrier to schedule delivery at a time that's convenient for you. The delivery team will unwrap your piece, place it in the room of your choice, and discard any debris.

Note: Currently, we only offer White Glove Delivery on sofas and sectionals.

Returns

We hope you absolutely LOVE your piece. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product when it arrives, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery (less the cost of shipping). We’re proud of our partners and we love our products -- and we hope you do too.

We will refund your original form of payment; refunds are usually processed within 2-3 days. Wherever possible, please use the original packaging.
