Chasing Beauty

This piece was painted with oil and cold wax medium on canvas mounted on sturdy panel. It has subtle layers both on top and deep inside the painting that you must experience in person. 

The Broken Hallelujah 

This piece was painted in a molten state on a heated plate with encaustic (beeswax, Damar tree resin, and pigments), sumi ink, charcoal, dry and oil pastel on paper. It was then mounted on panel and coated with a clear wax medium for protection that can be buffed to a high shine or left matte.
